Haomec provides a digital platform for managing industrial machine service requests, including:
- Machine registration and management
- Service request creation and tracking
- Technician assignment and scheduling
- Communication tools
- Reporting and analytics
3. User Accounts
Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
You may use our platform for legitimate business purposes related to industrial machine service management.
Prohibited Activities
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with platform security or functionality
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Sharing copyrighted content without permission
- Attempting to reverse engineer our software
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
We provide emergency support contact information for urgent service needs during platform downtime.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key points include:

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- We provide the platform "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
- We are not responsible for third-party service quality
9. Service Level Commitments
Platform Availability
We aim for 99.5% platform uptime, measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Support Response Times
- Emergency issues: Within 2 hours
- High priority: Within 8 hours
- Standard support: Within 24 hours
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for:
- Violation of these terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
Upon termination, you will receive an export of your data in standard format.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UAE arbitration rules.

13. Changes to Terms
